Is this a subscription?＋
The Solo, Dual, and Triple Course tiers are one-time purchases for the current academic term — renew at the same tier or upgrade any time. For ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvements between terms, an optional Upkeep subscription is also available (see the Upkeep plans above).
What counts as a 'course / cohort'?＋
A course is a section that shares the same syllabus, rubric, and roster. A new section of the same course (different semester or instructor group) counts as one cohort.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Dual mid-term?＋
Not at this time. Only the Triple Course tier is available for purchase right now, so mid-term Solo→Dual and Dual→Triple upgrades aren't offered. Once the Solo and Dual tiers open up, you'll be able to pay the difference and unlock additional courses immediately, with all existing data carrying over.
What about adjunct or shared faculty accounts?＋
Each tier includes one faculty seat. Multi-seat / department licensing is on the roadmap — email connect@drbrowncares.com if you need it now.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Before you buy, use the savings calculator on this page to estimate your time and cost recovery, and email connect@drbrowncares.com with any questions — we'd rather help you decide up front than have you commit to the wrong tier.
Where is student work stored?＋
Inside your encrypted Lovable Cloud workspace. Faculty owns the data; we don't train models on submissions or rubrics.
