Created by Dr. Brown Cares LLC
Affiliate partnership

Help nursing faculty find the tool — and help shape what feels fair.

The affiliate plan is built for nurse educators, program consultants, school partners, content creators, and professional communities that can responsibly introduce Nursing Education Compass to faculty who grade written clinical assignments.

Free brief monthly tool update

Affiliates receive a limited monthly update covering new features, workflow changes, best-use notes, and one practical classroom implementation tip.

Steep discount on one additional tool

Active affiliates can request a deep partner discount on an additional Dr. Brown Cares LLC education tool when it becomes available.

Suggest what feels fair

Every application includes space for the affiliate to propose compensation, perks, audience fit, or a non-cash arrangement that feels equitable.

How the plan works
01

Apply

Tell us who you serve, how you would share the tool, and what affiliate arrangement would feel fair to you.

02

Review

We review audience fit, professional alignment, and whether the proposed arrangement is clear and sustainable.

03

Refer

Approved affiliates receive a simple referral code or tracked introduction process for Zelle-era purchases.

04

Support

You receive the monthly brief update, partner assets, and the agreed discount eligibility for the additional tool.

Fairness menu

Affiliates can propose terms.

Instead of forcing one rigid payout structure before the product is fully mature, the application asks affiliates to describe what would feel fair for their effort, audience, and credibility. The final agreement can combine practical benefits, discount access, and a clear referral reward once the referral is accepted.

  • A referral percentage or flat thank-you amount per completed purchase
  • A limited free access window for your own evaluation or teaching workflow
  • A discount you can pass to your audience, plus a separate affiliate benefit
  • A non-cash arrangement such as training access, co-branded office hours, or resource swaps
Guardrails

Responsible referrals only.

  • Affiliates must not promise clinical, accreditation, hiring, or guaranteed student-outcome results.
  • Faculty remains the final authority on every score and all student-facing feedback.
  • Referral language should be transparent when compensation, free access, or discounts are involved.
  • Zelle is supported for the current buying workflow; real checkout can be added later when requested.
